Health & Beauty Sales Representative
About Us: We are a fast growing health and beauty company that specializes in the distribution of all natural and herbal skin care and health products exclusively manufactured with natural and herbal ingredients in Canada. We have a sales distribution network all across Canada. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our growing organization. Our Sales Representatives will receive comprehensive training on products, sales and client management. We offer a competitive environment for opportunities and growth.
- Talented and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Ability to serve customers with excellent product knowledge and remarkable customer service skills in order to meet customer needs.
- Confident to build clientele, upsell and close sales with remarkable selling techniques
- Required to inform management by submitting daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly sales quotas
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Maintains professional attitude and technical knowledge by attending company’s workshops, training sessions and campaigns as well as establishes personal networks on a professional level
- Able to maintain friendly, polite, positive and professional attitude with clients and co-workers and always willing to learn from experienced individuals and ready to provide assistance to new teammates
- Excellent time management and presentation skills and ability to meet monthly sales quota
- Able to work well independently and as a team player
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative or an educational background in skin care, beauty, sales and marketing is an asset.
